SHIPPING POLICY

For US Orders: Most orders are processed and ready to ship within 10 to 18 days, though during busy and sales periods, this timeframe may extend up to 20 days. During checkout, we offer two delivery options: a 2-4 week delivery and a 1-3 week delivery, with a 3-5 week option available during busy periods. The 1-3 weeks option includes a queue jump, prioritizing your order for artwork creation (please note that this option may not always be available for shipping). Generally, you can use the delivery timeline as the expected delivery period.

For International Orders: Production times are the same as mentioned above. Transit times for Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia are around 5 to 10 days, while Europe may take up to 10 working days, and the rest of the world may take up to 21 working days for delivery.

Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will send you an email containing your tracking number. Shipping prices are calculated by our logistic partners (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL) based on your location, item’s dimensions, and weight. Our system will calculate your shipping rates for you before you proceed to checkout.

To track your order, you will receive a tracking number via email. We take pride in our exceptional customer support and transparency about your order status. Throughout the shipping process, we will send you ongoing email updates to inform you about your parcel’s whereabouts. On the day of delivery, we will provide you with a final update. If you haven’t received a tracking number within 14 days, please feel free to email us.
